Combined Community Fitness Classes
We’re excited to introduce a new wellness offering at our community, our first-ever group fitness classes!
Beginning January 5, 2026, residents will be able to attend weekly Zumba, Yoga, and Bootcamp classes at the Oak Room at Oak Creek Apartments (1610 Oak Creek Drive, Palo Alto, CA 94304). This shared indoor space allows us to offer a consistent schedule, avoid weather-related cancellations, and give all participants a chance to enjoy a fun and supportive wellness experience. 💃 Zumba
Bring your rhythm (or at least your enthusiasm), a water bottle, and a towel - then get ready to move!
This music-based cardio class blends simple, follow-along dance moves with upbeat tracks so you can sweat without taking yourself too seriously. Two left feet? Perfect. You’ll fit right in. Expect to burn calories, boost your mood, and leave class feeling like you accidentally joined a dance party instead of a workout.
Recommended: Comfortable athletic shoes, water/hydration, towel
💥 Boot Camp
Bring some hydration, a towel, and get ready to earn that post-workout snack in this no-equipment, bodyweight boot camp-style class.
We’ll use classic bodyweight movements - think squats, lunges, planks, and a few spicy intervals - to build strength, endurance, and confidence. It’s challenging, but not scary: every exercise comes with options so you can dial it up or down based on your ability or how you’re feeling that day. You’ll leave a little tired, a lot proud, and probably a bit sweaty.
Recommended: Athletic shoes, water/hydration, towel
🧘 Yoga
Relax, reset, and recharge - whether you’re touching your toes for the first time or working on your next arm balance.
This class is designed for all levels: We’ll focus on some breathing, mobility, and releasing tension so your body feels better and your mind gets a break from the day. Expect a mix of feel-good movement, targeted stretching, and a relaxing cooldown at the end. Think of is as a mini reset button for your week. Tight hips, busy brain, or advanced practice - all are welcome
Recommended: Your own yoga mat, towel
Important Class Reminders:
- All participants must register in advance via the “Fit From Anywhere” resident app.
- UPDATE: Class registration will move to a biweekly schedule starting Sunday, February 1, 2026, to support accessibility.
- Residents may reserve classes in advance, but only for the weeks that are actively open.
- All group class reservations are first-come, first-served.
- Registration for classes close 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- If space remains available after registration closes, residents may attend as a drop-in. Drop-in attendance is first-come, first-served and subject to available space.
- Courtesy Patrol will be stationed near the entrance of the Oak Room for check-in. All participants must complete the sign-in sheet with courtesy patrol during class check-in.

When creating your account, you will need to input a community-specific code that can be obtained from your leasing office. You’ll be prompted to complete a short signup questionnaire — a few quick questions about your fitness goals and an option to join the email list. You are not automatically enrolled; residents must opt in to receive updates.
To schedule a class in the app:
- From the home screen, tap the three bars in the top left corner to open the side menu.
- Tap “Appointments & Classes.”
- On the next screen, tap the “Appointments & Classes” tab again.
- Scroll down, find the class you want, and tap “Reserve.”
- Agree to the class Terms & Conditions on the pop-up screen.
Why the Change?
This update helps reduce confusion, weather-related cancellations, and parking limitations. Centralizing all group classes allows our instructors to provide consistency with the class offerings and a high-quality wellness program for all of our residents. Most importantly, it allows us to add more classes and opportunities for residents while continuing to keep these services complementary.
