Dear Residents,

As the holiday season comes to a close, we’d like to share a few reminders to help make Christmas tree pickup smooth and easy for everyone.

Where to Place Trees

 

Please place natural Christmas trees neatly by the dumpster at the end of the street on the Wilson side of the community.

Before placing your tree out for pickup, be sure to remove all decorations, including lights, ornaments, tinsel, and tree stands.

A Quick Clean-Up Note
 

If your tree sheds needles or leaves while being moved, we kindly ask that residents clean up any fallen debris to help keep shared areas tidy for everyone.

Pickup Timeline

 

Our waste provider, Recology, will continue collecting Christmas trees through January 31, 2026.

· Trees placed out after January 31, 2026 will not be collected

· Any trees disposed of after this date will need to be hauled away by the resident
