Annual Resident Information Collection (Action Required)

As part of our annual resident record-keeping process, all households are required to review and update their resident information. Maintaining accurate records supports building operations, safety, and access management. Residents are asked to complete the annual information update using one of the methods below by the date noted above.

Community Updates & Policy Reminders

Garage Access System Upgrade

We are excited to announce we are upgrading the garage entry system to a vehicle reader, which uses an RFID windshield tag to access the garage gates. The garage gate will open automatically as your vehicle approaches the gate.

·    RFID windshield tags will be issued at no cost.

·    Residents may obtain a tag by bringing their existing garage remote to the Management Office for exchange.

·    Each household will receive a tag in exchange for the resident’s current garage remote

·    All garage remotes will be permanently deactivated effective January 31, 2026.

Residents are encouraged to complete the exchange in advance of the deactivation date to avoid interruption of garage access

 


 

Policy Reminders & Security Enhancements

Items Outside Apartment Entry Doors
In accordance with building safety and housekeeping standards, personal items may not be stored outside apartment entry doors.

·    The only permitted item outside the door is the property provided door mat.

 

Lobby Access Update
To enhance building security, the ButterflyMX “Swipe to Open” feature for lobby doors will be disabled effective January 15, 2026.

·    Residents will continue to use assigned access fobs.

·    Additional fobs for caregivers, babysitters, or dog sitters are available for a $25 fee per fob.
